I’m thankful to be feeling much better and looking forward to our shows this upcoming weekend in Waco( Friday) and Paris, TX (Saturday). I guarantee we’ll be performing this song, which has long been my signature song, thanks to all of you (and the late, great songwriter Lawton Williams). Lawton Williams said he so admired my version, he honored me by giving me his BMI Award for the song. What an amazing gift that I still cherish today.
