We’re getting the bus ready once again to hit the road towards Nashville for our shows at the Grand Ole Opry on Thursday and Friday of this week. Then Saturday, we’ll be at The Capitol in Bowling Green, KY.
I ran across some old photos taken at a 2010 Country’s Family Reunion TV taping. It reminded me of how sweet those days were as too many are now gone. Charley Pride, Jim Ed Brown, Jimmy Capps, Jan Howard and more were on that one show. Too many great ones are no longer with us. Duane Allen’s wife, Norah Lee Allen, just passed yesterday. She was always so kind and friendly at the TV tapings where she sang harmonies so beautifully. I always enjoyed singing with her.
