We took so many photos on Friday night at the Grand Ole Opry that I wanted to share more with you today. When we say it’s a family reunion at the Opry, we’re not kidding. Words don’t do it justice – it’s just that special. The Opry means so much to me because it brings back memories of listening on our old radio with all my family gathered around. As a kid, I couldn’t even dream of being onstage, so it really was the highlight of my life to be made a member and I enjoy every single show we get to do there. For this past Friday night, we made the rounds visiting with as many folks as we could. You may recall that I purchased a vehicle from my friend, Ben Isaacs, so he came to check that I was enjoying the ride- which of course I am. Our bus driver, Peanut, mentioned that it starts to shimmy when we go over 102mph but you know I don’t worry much about that. I can fix that. Below are photos from our fun night at the Opry.

- Ben Isaacs of The Isaacs stopped by to check on the SUV I bought from him. Ben and his family brought the house down with their show-stopping acapella songs that ended a great Opry night of music.

- My buddy and Opry member, T. Graham Brown, has just released an incredible Country Soul album titled “From Memphis to Muscle Shoals”. He gave us a little taste of it Friday night, singing “Sitting on the Dock of the Bay.”
Kelcey O’Neill, co-owner of Emmons Guitar Company, home of the ReSound ‘65 steel guitar which we are proud to have at all our shows, came to the Opry with his daughter, Cait. I am pleased to say that Cait is already loving real country music and she asked me to sign her autograph book which I was glad to do.
