Moe Bandy and I go waaay back. Even before we were signed to a major record label, we worked the same circuit, hitting the same honky tonks and dancehalls from Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and more. He’s always been one of the funniest guys you’ll ever meet as well as one of the nicest. Of course once he was on a big label, the big radio hits like “Hank Williams You Wrote My Life”, “Bandy The Rodeo Clown”, Too Old To Die Young”, “Americana” and more started flowing and in 1979 he was awarded the ACM Song of the Year for “It’s A Cheatin’ Situation”. Moe and I are performing a show in my hometown of Paris, TX on Saturday, July 11th at the Love Civic Center. We’ll be having fun but also performing the very best of classic Country Music for you.
