It was a nice surprise at the Shipshewana show on July 7th, when longtime fan Janice Orsini showed up with her original 1985 Gene Watson concert ticket. Turns out that was her very first concert of mine and I’m pleased she’s still coming to the shows after all these years. That show was at the High Kicker Dockside Saloon. I don’t know if the place is still in business or not but I do enjoy hearing from fans about the many clubs and venues where we used to perform.
